while using 2hoursync in my mac machine I got this error while taking some backups I need to know why this app is throwing the following error and how to resolve it?

2hoursync Some errors were encountered during the backup. Please choose “Report a problem” via CCC’s Help menu to get help resolving the issue.

Dear William Cantu,

It is some kind of software related issue. If your system was shut down when you were using this software, that's why this problem is happening. You have to uninstall it and try to reinstall it. You have to keep an eye on your system, because if it shuts down again when you using it, it will be a big problem for you. Your Hard Disk may be crushed.
