I worked on my Prezis once and the next time I got the error mentioned below as I try to load a photo.

Hi,

I am installed a dot net application on my desktop. As per the user manual, need dot net 3.5 framework essential to run that application. So the same version also installed. When I try to run application i have got error.

“Application encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please tell the Microsoft”.

Can anybody to clear this error?

I am tried to install Ubuntu 10.04 on a DELL N5110, I have Ubuntu 10.04 LTs CD. When I try to booting from CD, the indicator light on my CD-RW drive keeps blinking during boot, after that, the screen get a hold black and it cannot install or continue.

Do I need to change any settings on bios before install?

I am using Ubuntu. I have connected a serial port to usb port converter to my system. Now I want to access the device. I need to have the path to that device?
How can I find out?
What more information  you need from me  to find out the solution?
