I need to sign up for certain websites which require one sing up from one IP only. I have recently taken an IP for my connection and I have not signed up yet but it shows that there has already been a sign up from this IP.

Hello,

I am having some trouble due the over heating of my pc. Some times it gets too much heated and turns off. If only I know how much the temperature is than I can take necessary measures. So if there is such a software of hardware than I need to know. Please someone tell me about the software or hardware and help me solve this problem.
