I could not open Adobe Captivate software after successfully installed it on my computer. I attempted in order to uninstall the program to do the installation once again, however the exact same error information occurred. A screenshot of the error has shown in below. Can anyone solve this problem?
"Adobe Captivate has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you are in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost."
