I have a friends laptop that has Vista Home Premium installed on it. I am trying to get Skype off of this machine. First of all, I cannot find any Skype Directory, yet I do see in the Taskbar "Skype update."

I have tried Advanced Uninstaller, but again Skype is not listed there. It is listed in the Add/Remove in the Control Panel but I get the following message when trying to uninstall it there -

"The installed product does not match the installed source. Until a matching source is provided or the installed product and source are synchronized, this action cannot be performed." (End quote)

I did notice earlier also, that the Skype.msi file is missing.

I've tried downloading Skype but it will not install.
