I am trying to print a document, the printer prompts to save to file instead of printing. I am sure that the file is already saved. I closed, re-opened the same file, same error. Can somebody help me with this?

I get a common error every time I try to connect to internet. I am using my reliance netConnect+ USB dongle for internet connection. The error code is 619. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice but still getting the same error.

Can somebody help me out of this, please.
