Hi, I’ve recently updated my Direct X so I could install some software that I need to have. I need help on punch software install issues. The installation from disc seems to be taking longer to load than usual, I’m not sure if it’s related to updating my Direct X, I doubt. I have installed MAX 6.0 successfully. When I start the software the error as in screenshot occurs.

I have installed the interlock drivers. For Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. This installer is for both 32 and 64 bit Windows.

I have rebooted the machine and tried it again, but still the same error as in the screenshot.

Does anyone have the solution for this problem? I have no more ideas what I can do to run this software. I am having a paid license for MAX.

I am using Skype application regularly there was no problem until I get this error Application Error - exception unknown software exception. If I click on OK Skype will close. I have reinstalled the application but still same problem. Can someone help?
