Hi, I'm having difficulty in installing a program.

After uninstalling Kaspersky 2011 and rebooting the computer, I installed the 2012 edition, but the following error occurred. I didn't know what to do. So, I installed getsysteminfo, though it did not change much. So, I installed the anti virus removal software to make sure everything is running ok with my computer. I restarted the computer numerous times, but still, I am getting the same problem. Please help me.

Nvidia card error 10? No idea how to fix it!

Hi, I am using windows OS in my Compaq CQ 42 laptop. But recently I have got a problem in my Nvidia Graphic Card which is showing ERROR 10 in the device manager though I have formatted the laptop lately.
