We have 5 Dell Poweredge 1850 server. Though these are very old but still we are happy as they are giving very steady service until couple of weeks ago. One server suddenly shutdown and when we start the server again it shows the HDD is offline. And the HDD LED color is Orange for both HDD. We have setup mirror with RAID 0. Now as the service warranty period has ended long ago we are not getting any support from Dell. Problem getting more worse as another server is down from yesterday. We have many important data in those servers. How I can recover those data? and if possible can anyone suggest me a backup plan so that we can overcome this situation in future.

I am running Teamviewer version one in my Windows platform. I would like to upgrade to Teamviewer version 6, yes, simply because I like growing with the technology. I have tried to upgrade the application but every time I get a message telling me that the process is not successful. How do I upgrade to the new version? Does it require that I have to uninstall the previous version before installing a new one?

Does anyone know the commands to enable and disable the macros in X5? I can’t seem to remember where it is located. Macro options are grayed out and ALT+F11 key is not working as well.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the application twice but macros are still disabled. I might be missing something.

I had some problems with my USB Skype cordless phone 7100. However, after I set up the windows vista PC 2007, everything went back to normal. I can now receive the bell ring on the cordless unit only that I cannot hear any sound from it, what could be the problem here?
