Hello fellow members.  I recently updated my Windows XP from SP2 to SP3.  I now cannot access the Security Center as I am getting an "An exception occurred while trying to run Shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL wscui.cpl" error.  What does this Windows XP wscui error mean and do I have to reinstall SP3?

My desktop has been acting a little strange lately.  It has been slow and sometimes crashes.  I performed a check disk and it gave a Sector 0 error.  What does this mean?  I need tips in repairing and securing bad sector.  My desktop is on Windows XP 64 bit.  Thanks.

Hi.  My desktop was recently attacked by a virus.  I have already deleted that virus using Avast.  All seems ok until I was logging in at Microsoft Partners Network web page.  I could not log in because I'm having the wrong username error.  Could the virus have caused this?

Hi guys.  I use JW Player for playing flv flash files.  Is there a way I could hide or unhide the player control bar icons?  I don't see any hide options on the menu.  A plug in or a code would be fine.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Hello there.  I have a Dell XPS 17 that has an Intel Core Duo processor, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, 1 GB Video Card and Windows 7 OS.  My webcam suddenly just shows a black screen so I updated my Dell Webcam Central driver.  My webcam still just shows a black screen.  Please help.

Hi there.  I have the new iMac with OSx Mountain Lion.  A notification popped up that said I need to update Adobe Flash so I clicked update.  After the update, I performed a security check using Norton Antivirus and it detected the Adobe Worm Virus.  I think the worm disguised itself as the Adobe update and Norton cannot delete it.  How do I delete Adobe Worm on Mac?
