I upgraded my PC to Windows 7 and I have uninstalled the old drivers installed on it. I have downloaded the new drivers from Canon site. When I try to install the new drivers I am getting the Message: "Need to uninstall old drivers first". I have cross checked it thoroughly, but Somehow the older drivers had not been removed.

I am not able to install the new drivers by connecting the printer via USB port, nothing happening in the computer.

While upgrading Skype to the latest version, its displaying the message says: “Installing Skype failed; code 1603. A fatal error occurred during installation”. I have uninstalled the application but the same message I am getting.

I think it’s seemed to be a common problem while upgrading. Can anyone help?
