I am using MS Dynamic GP with Citrix. I’ve been out for a while and leave my GP open because I attended a meeting and when I came back I tried to open a voucher with Payables Transaction Entry but I keep seeing error that states “You cannot display this record while another user is editing it”. How can I continue working without getting this error?
