Advice please. I have several errors that display s in my computer, particularly in Windows Media Player. It showed LICENSE HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED. What shall I do with this error? As I have newly-purchased computer, I expected that I could easily restore the hard drive and upgrade the OS (Operation System). But the download to own purchases does not work well. 

May I ask for your advice please. I would like to know more of its advantages, performance, quality and features with the Windows Media Player? Is there any difference between AVI Splitters, like Gabest and Microsoft? Is there a difference between AVI Splitters like Haali and MPC internal? Are these AVI splitters are of importance with the software and hardware of the computer? Thank you!

I have a serious problem with my computer and laptop, and it really causes inconvenience! I keep getting error messages when I tried to use my DVD player. It prompts a message “Windows Media Player cannot play DVD video”.

Another message was:

(1) You might need to adjust your Windows display settings.

(2) Open display settings in Control Panel.

(3) Lower your screen resolution and color quality settings. I followed the Help Support in my computer, but without avail. Your expert advice please.

I checked the webpage of Digital Certificate Installation. But there was a display error of Netscape showing “CSI/Java is not installed”. I was wondering why this happens, because I already installed the CD in my computer. What will I do?

May I ask what an Adobe Reader application is? How could I apply Adobe Reader and maximize its service’s advantage in Acrobat.com? Also how will I download the Adobe Reader without the Adobe AIR? What necessary steps should be done if there is an error in Adobe Reader? Prompt message like “CANNOT OPEN EBX TRANSFER FILE” pops up. What’s the reason I get an error after installing Adobe Reader in my computer?

Hi. Is it possible that I will install OneNote 2007 with my XP Office 2003? If I will install it while running during the installation, is the OneNote 2007 will cause error and software problem with the computer? If I will install it, will it affect my other software applications? Are there any steps to properly install it right?

I bought a DS fix WD Caviar Blue with a 500 gig, and I wanted to add Caviar Black 1TB (already acquire).at present, I know few people on the forum supported the primary drive having just a 500 gig, but because a Black is faster (and supposedly less susceptible to tear and wear) than a Blue, I think I should use the Black instead as the boot drive, even though it's a 1TB. Is there any reason for me not to do that?

I am having a problem, first; when watching DVD on my computer, I can’t get the DVD to display. Is there any subtitle for DVD in order to show display on my computer? It works fine when watching DVD which is hooked up to a TV, but not on the computer. I have attempted to use two (2) different computers, three (3) different player applications & some different movies. Does anybody knows what’s wrong with this?

Second: Is there any solution to break the subtitles from a DVD into some sort of a text file?
