My desktop computer running Windows XP is infected with a Virus. I’ve scanned it using Norton Antivirus; it removed several viruses in my computer and afterwards asked me to reboot my computer. As instructed by Norton, I restarted the PC and got a fatal error while it was booting. I have taken a photo of it please see the image.
Stop: c0000Z1a {Fatal System Error}

I’m currently using Mac OS X Leopard. I’ve been experiencing a very annoying problem when the application I’m using suddenly quits. When I try to re-launch the application, it failed. I have a screenshot for FireFox application.

The application Firefox quit unexpectedly.
Mac OS X and other applications are not affected.
When I started using my computer today and start using it as usual day to day work, everything was fine. I decided to check my email by starting the Microsoft Outlook 2007 and out of nowhere I’ve got this error message:

Error:
Microsoft Office Outlook
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook windows.

I’ve downloaded a copy of Windows 7 build 7600 which is an image file and tried installing it on VMware workstation but got an error at the beginning of the setup. I am using Windows XP (2GB RAM, 2.6GHz CPU, 80GB HD) as a host.

Install Windows
Windows could not collect information for [OSImage] since the specified image file [install.wim] does not exist.
I’ve used VMware before and gives me no error when installing different OS. What can I do about this? Do you have any idea how to solve this error? Thanks.

I am using Windows Vista 32 bit and when trying to launch Windows Media player, it gives me an error, ”Instruction at 0x762794c4 referenced memory at 0x3f800000. The memory could not be read”

My old CRT monitor is giving me a problem these past few days. I decided to replace it with an LCD monitor so I bought a new one from a computer store, I saw the monitor displays a clear text and crisp images but when I got home and setup the LCD monitor I noticed the text and images where not as good as it displays on the store. The texts and images looks fuzzy so I went back to the store and asked to replace it with another one. I set up again this new monitor and the results are still the same. I tried upgrading the driver of my video card hoping that it will do something with the new monitor and yet no luck. Any ideas about this? Thanks in advance!

I’m having a problem with my computer. There are instances that when I turn off the monitor for a while and then powering it on again I couldn’t use the mouse and keyboard. Both hang after turning off the monitor. Unplugging the chord and inserting it again won’t do any help. Restarting the computer is the only solution that I know to make it work again. What could possibly be the reason for this? This only happens when I turn off the monitor. Thanks.

I am using a Samsung WriteMaster SH-W162Z and Nero 9 for burning files in to DVD. These past few days it gives me an error at the end of burning process saying “Burn process failed”

As a result, of course the Disc is corrupted and I need to burn the files again. I already used DVD lens cleaner to clean the lens of my DVD-ROM and checked the disc if scratched/damaged before using it. What should be the best solution for this?

I cannot use the microphone functionality of my A4 Tech JCSM Webcam, when I used it for video call the person whom I’m calling cannot hear anything from me. I have already reinstalled the driver for this webcam and also reinstalled the driver for my sound card hoping to fix this problem, I’ve done the configuration wizard for audio but still no sound is produced but I am not sure about this. Can someone guide me on how to make this work?
