I am using windows xp service pack 3. My query is regarding user accounts in windows xp. I want to find out how to create a new user, delete an existing user account, disable user account and activate a user account.
Can someone tell me how to do all of the activities stated above?
Please provide me the answer for my query free microsoft user control xp.

I have a Windoows XP computer but I can't view DVD movies. There are no images on the Windows Media Player when I play the DVD disc. I wonder what kind of DVD decoder for PC is needed so I can watch DVD movies without any trouble opening. I’m so bored of the old classic theme of Windows XP and Windows ’98 theme on Windows XP. I want some new themes like space theme, sports theme, safari theme etc., but I like most is a water tank.
