Last December 2012, I was able to successfully update root certificates for my windows xp. Are there any new microsoft root certificate update for windows xp out in the market for 2013? If no, do you have any idea as to when their latest update would possibly be?

Hello fellow members. I recently updated my Windows XP from SP2 to SP3. I now cannot access the Security Center as I am getting an "An exception occurred while trying to run Shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL wscui.cpl" error. What does this Windows XP wscui error mean and do I have to reinstall SP3?

I have here a pc and its OS is Windows XP, not I've done a lot of formatting because there is a bad partition on my hard disk, and it crashes often.
