I set up bartpe wxp for USB correctly and successfully. It works fine and able to boot but when I tried to install windows XP it complete partial then reboot and shows error this time detects that XP pro is already installed on the partition and can not complete the installation. Can anybody help?

Hi there,
I recently downloaded an iso file(legally) but in not in a single day (I have a slow connection). I used Free Download Manager to download the 600 MB iso file over 4 days. After running the file using a free utility I noticed that it is quite sluggish regarding access time.
One technical support staff told me defragmenting the iso file will remedy the slow access time.
Can anyone tell if there is a software that will ley you defragment your iso file?
