I have just turned on my PC. Then I opened WORD in XP an error message showed up.
"Microsoft Word can't display the template used in this document. Microsoft Word cannot install the necessary files due to Windows Installer error 1605. This action is only valid for products that are currently installed."
It isn’t displaying the list of recently opened documents on the side. Anybody knows how to fix this?

ERROR_INSTALL_FAILURE 1603 A fatal error occurred during installation.
I receive an error 1603: A fatal error occurred during installation when I try to install a Windows Installer package. If I click OK in the message box, the installation rolls back.
How do I continue with this one?

ERROR_APPHELP_BLOCK 1259 If Windows Installer determines a product may be incompatible with the current operating system, it displays a dialog box informing the user and asking whether to try to install anyway. This error code is returned if the user chooses not to try the installation.
We have an SBS 2003 server that automatically installs updates just fine for several years. Now it is failing to install Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 (KB110806). The error that I find is Error Code: 0x641. I was told to download the collect.exe file to collect the .NET logs, but when I run that, I get the error "No log file exists."

I could not create a printer on any of my 2008 R2 SP1 servers using Ricoh universal printer driver PCL6. I tried creating from the server, it returns an error: 0x000003eb, while using RSAT returns 0x00000078. I could create using PS driver but I prefer PCL driver. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I was updating windows when the connection was lost. After the connection was reestablished I restarted the update after restarting the computer. When the update was completed a message appeared“ERROR SUCCESS”, what does this error success mean?

I got a setup. exe error about three months ago and relatively dismissed it. I got it again a while ago and decided to research it on the net and found out thaterrors associated with this cangain remote access to my PC and gain personal information, even my e-mail and credit card accounts.
Should I be concerned? What should I do about this?

Hi,
There are many svchost.exe presences on my Task Manager list where processes are found as I posted underneath. I consider it’s slowing down my computer.
Microsoft says that svchost.exe is an application which is one type of general host process name for services that run from dll files. Is it alright to kill most of them?

Hi guys,
I received this fatal error while inserting an array without finishing spare bracket. It crashed rslogix 500. I am not sure about this problem happening with others. The current configuration of my PC is Windows XP SP 2. Anyone having idea for the issue pleases help.
