When I navigated within the IIS MMC snap-in to Default-Web Site  I got the following authentication error message. How can I fix this error?

Hi Tech's,

While configuring Sophos remote management system and add and remove some users remotely, I am facing a problem while system is getting updated, an error message has came.

Sophos AutoUpdate

Error 3057: There was an unexpected error while attempting to create, repair or delete user account. Contact your support personnel.

Now, can any body please help me so that I can get rid of this problem and administrate the system accordingly?

Hi! All,

"Could not establish connection with the parent library, Failed to authenticate with the server. HTTP Status Code 401 (Unauthorized).VFS 0x80040414".

I get the above error message. Can anyone help?

I currently have a red X on Sophos Antivirus. A "mouse over" shows "sophos protection update has failed". Right clicking and selecting "Update Now" causes a window to show that states "Downloading Package 1 of 4...2 of 4...3 of 4...4 of 4" then it shows "Installing Package 1 of 1" then it just quits. A look at the log file shows:

Hi Techs,

I am new using Sophos and it is just recently setup. I am using Windows 2000 and I think something was not done right. So, I tried to uninstall Endpoint and Security Control in the Control Panel> Add Remove Programs and I am receiving this Error 3005 which states that I am not a member of Sophos Administrator Group. Now, let me admit that when it comes to trying new things, I am good at it, but when encountering these kinds of error, I am somehow at a lost. First of all, I do not know how to add my current user as a Sophos Administrator. What's weird is that I am an Administrator in my PC. I am reaching out to tech people out there who knows more about Sophos than I am.
