I had a problem when starting my Windows XP machine. I keep getting mchost.exe error on startup. This error occurs after an update with McAfee Antivirus. I checked on the Task Manager for this process and kill it. And then I restarted the system but only get the same issue. What could this be? Please help me fix this.

I am trying to install System Suite Pro 11 on my Windows 7 PC. I got a message that I have to uninstall McAfee to continue the installation since System Suite comes with McAfee Internet Security Suite. The problem is I do not have McAfee installed on my PC. And yet, I cannot continue with the installation. Is there a way to install this without having to install McAfee? If so, how can I do it? Help me.

Can somebody please tell me how could I recover my Thief: Deadly Shadows file? I have the game via steam on my Windows 7 x64-bit version. Initially, the game is okay; it ran fine in general though it would sometimes stop working. But sometime lately, when the game stopped working and I tried to open it again, it won’t start anymore. My computer could not locate the Thief: DS saved file. What should I do? Please help me. Thank you in advance.

I have McAfee Security-as-a-Service installed on my 10 Windows Vista PCs. Lately, I cannot update it either automatic or manual updating. It cannot even work and run on a normal state. I cannot do anything with it. All I can see is a “Runtime Error” that keeps showing. I am thinking that this is a server settings problem. The error is shown below. Please help.

I am very satisfied with Comodo Internet Security 3.X but when I was prompted for an upgrade; my system is unable to upgrade my Comodo 3.X. to latest version. The following error incurs "Comodo firewall setup wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run set up wizard again" and a popup error "Cannot install COMODO firewall Error: 1603. Fatal error during installation. Would you like to try again? YES or NO" Do you have any suggestions? I am running Windows XP Professional SP3.

The VSE 8.5 version of virus scan is installed in our Exchange server. After enabling on access scan, we are having difficulties in sending emails. The emails are not sent.
They are simply on a queue and are accumulating on the server. If I disable the on access scan, the emails are all sent without any problem. When I installed the VSE 8.7 version, we still had the same problems. By the way, we are on EPO 4.5. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
