I am running Windows Vista SP1 and Norton Internet Security 2012. I was using the 2011 version and was recently updated to 2012. After scanning, it found one issue but I noticed that everything under the computer tab in Settings is grayed out. And then it shows “Error 0x80070021”. I posted the screenshot below. What should I do next?

Since yesterday we have been receiving pop-up messages on out Windows XP and Windows 7 client PCs. The error says “Fcagte.exe Application Error. The instruction at 0X7777e4b4 referenced memory at 0X00000012. The memory could not be written. Click on OK to terminate the program.” This error incurs after our recent VSE 8.8 upgrade. When clicking on the OK button on the pop-up alert, the Fcagte.exe will restart. We have tried to re-install DLP but the same error appears. How can I fix it?

Hello members! My Norton Antivirus 2010 has not been working for a week on Windows 7. I was unable to do the update or analysis, and an error message popped up. I encountered an error 8506,422 on Norton Internet Security 2012 when trying to perform a fresh installation on my new Windows Vista PC. I lost my internet connection since I got the error. And the only way to get the connection back is to uninstall the NIS 2012 again. How can I continue?
