Hi guys,
The problem is with my Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Do you have any idea regarding the error code 731 (0, 6)? What does it mean? It has stopped scanning of machine. How can I get a remedy of this issue?

What could be the main reason why Window Firewall and MS Animal ware tool stopped working? Since yesterday, I already start receiving warnings from Norton Autoprotect in line with Trojan.Gen.2, Trojan Horse downloader.
The message seems to indicate that autoprotect has blocked those threats. What bothers me is that why I can’t launch them? I have received an error (Norton error 0x00003f4) when I tried to run it with Symantec scan. But how come the antivirus was not working?
I also happen to reboot my PC but I noticed it could not normally start at the same time cannot normally search for repair. What must be the things I have to do in order to clean my system?

Hello,
I have been unable to upgrade my AVG 9.0 software to the 2011 edition as I keep on receiving the error message “setup error; Error code: 0xC0070643; Error message:General internal error.” followed by the message “MSI Engine: Failed to install the product. Context: AVG product installation”.
Since trying to install the 2011 edition my AVG 9.0 software has disappeared. My software doesn’t seem to update automatically and when trying to update it manually I receive an error message that says “The VDF update kit is corrupted. The file will not be installed.. Search engine: V8.02.01.210, 3/31/2010, Virus definition file: V7.10.06.25, 4/5/2010”.

I currently run Malwarebytes on my computer that operates on XP OS, I however would like to update it into my system but has not been succesful. It returns an erro message “Error code” shown below.
What shoulld I do to update it successfully without this error message emerging?

I turned off Avira before rebooting in Safe Mode because I want to rename “Avipbb.sys which is located in Windows\System32\Drivers\.Reboot or not, with or without Avira, my attempts still fail and I get the dialog “Access denied”.
Because of that, ShadowProtect Desktop is unavailable. I can’t even upgrade my 4.01 version to the latest 4.05. Below is the error from the upgrading process.
I wish someone can tell me it’s still possible to undo my actions and restore to the correct settings.

Hi dear friends,
When trying to reinstall AVG, a window pops up and says ERROR CODE on AVG software installer 0xE0010058 and conflicting applications on my computer because of Norton internet security. I’ve tried uninstalling Norton, but can't. Norton came with my laptop when I bought it. I’m running Microsoft Windows 7, home premium service pack 1. Now, since troubleshooting, when I go to Google Chrome a little window pops up reading - "your profile can't be used cause it is from a newer version of Google Chrome please specify a different profile directory or use a newer version of Chrome Google ERROR #3."
