I want to have your help. My USB is been infected by a virus and now all my files and folders are hidden. When I click on properties of a folder, the hidden option in the attribute is locked. Can some one suggest a simple way to get rid of this problem?

I have a single issue that's been vexing me ever since my high school days: Viruses.
These days, I share ownership of a laptop running Windows 7 with my younger sister; as it is, I am responsible for our laptop's security.
That said, I wish to know what the latest viruses targeting Windows 7 are, and how to counter them; that way, I can further improve the security of our laptop.

What anti-virus software can help me remove this virus? I don't know exactly how the call this virus but it is hiding all the files in my cellphone. After I have plugged my cellphone in my computer it cannot detect the music files anymore. When I try to browse my files using my cell phone all my files are already gone but when I browse it using my computer it is there. I want to remove this virus so that I can play my music files again. I have already reformatted my cell phone but I still experience the same problem.

I was just visiting some sites and downloaded something erotic, now I thought it was something good but I was mistaken because it is actually a trojan. Now, there was a notification to download antivirus 360, and unfortunately it was actually the virus itself! How can I uninstall this program? I have important files on my PC and don't want to lose them all! Thanks techyv.com

It's been a while since I noticed that files and folders I used to have are gone missing. So I scanned my computer but still futile, is it a virus or just a computer lag? Because every time I manually type the filename or folder name it appears.
