I have nod32 and malwarebytes as my anti virus and anti spyware protection, I also have this hijackthis that they always ask for the log to review but today when I tried to open the hijackthis, this error appears and hijack will not start.

I feel I get something malicious which is lurking my Computer. Last two days my system responded very slow, where the mouse was also slow to update, in both off and on the internet. When I turned off the router, then the PC was in offline and only that time this slowness stopped. Today I ran Malware bytes Anti Malware and it found as well as quarantined twelve objects. After that I ran my antivirus which turned up clear. But still the intermittent slowness was there and I also ran the Malware bytes again.

In here i added a Hijack. This log file. I want a solution. Please help me. Thanks a lot.

I've been using HiJackThis to virtually remove any browser hijackes and spywares. However, sometimes this software mistakenly detects a software a a hijacker or a spyware and I have accidentally deleted it myself. How can I restore the files I accidentally deleted and is there a way to prevent this from happening in the future?

I'm using Windows 32-bit version. Recently, my computer is acting super crazy. It got slowdown and now none of the MS office files are opening. When I double click them, the sand clock comes for like 1 minute and then it goes away without opening the file.

Hi there, I am using Dell Inspiron laptop and MS Windows Vista together with SP2 is running on it.

I encounter a problem with Windows Updates so that I search some suggestions in several forums.  Some suggestions are tried and I understand that I can use a program called Hijact This or HJT to fix my situation.  However I have no idea how to run this HJT and I prepare to begin the installation from scratch.

Can anyone has any suggestions how to begin?  Please help and thank you very much.

A computer repairing place, put HijackThis on my computer about a month ago and never told me.

I just discovered it. Do I need to run it or does it just run automatically?

I opened the file but I really don't know anything about it. Maybe they set it so I don't do anything. Not sure!
