Please help me differentiate the steps taken when writing each of the following on either CD, VCD, DVD or MP3: pictures, normal data on word or excel, music or videos clearly stating preferred options for best results and while taking the shortest time possible.

Hi Guys,

For your kind assistance on this please,it seems to be the problem of most of us these days and some of our readers who wanted to know the methods on how they can remove the Write Protected error from their USB drives like Pen drives and Memory. I have a 2 USB FLASH DRIVE and when i insert it on my computer it says," The drive is write protected". I cant open it rather format it.

Please help me. Thanks!

Hi People,

I just arrived from work and i'm planning to upload my video presentation in my USB. I am using my desktop PC right now and I can't seem to find my files. I am pretty sure I copied it in my USB stick. Are my files deleted? Are they gone forever? If not, how can I get those back? I really need those files for work very badly.

Thank you. Glen Tapia

Can I access the M and K drives from different places? Can I  use my USB propulsion in the classrooms and labs?

Hi Techyv,

I have a problem with my memory stick. Its plastic brackets broke off and now the memory stick itself won’t connect to my computer, not even on a photo kiosk.

Is there still a chance for me to retrieve the photos stored in my memory stick, and if so, can you give me step by step instructions on how to do it?

I hope you can help me.

Thank you very much.

Is it possible to simultaneously load images from multiple locations? I am making a picture gallery. My files are saved on my hard drive and in my camera memory card.

Good morning guys! I have a problem with my external hard disk with a hidden NTFS partition. I have a custom built Shuttle PC – dual core 2.2 Ghz, 2 GB RAM, ATI DVI Graphics, 2 SATA hard disks (160 and 250 GB). I have an external hard disk enclosure made by Sumvision. It contains 2 (two) 500GB Maxtor hard disks too. This unit allows you to have the disks in a Raid 1 configuration which duplicates the data between the two in case of a failure. I have always been using Windows Vista Ultimate in my computer. It’s been useful for some of my IT works.

I recently plugged in my USB flashdrive on a computer at an internet shop and it worked well. When I was about to use it on my desktop at home, a dialogue box appeared which says something like  "The flashdrive on disk E is not formatted. Do you want to format it now?"  What could be the problem? Do I really need to format my flashdrive? I don't want to lose the data I have saved in my storage device.

How can I block USB flash drives? I want to block all USB flash drive trying to access my computer?
