Can anyone please help me? I have a problem with the recovery boot sector of pen drive. My pen drive is not working fine and I can’t open all of my files from it. I wanted to recover the files but I’m not sure how to start? Anyone, please guide me. I am getting an error of “Unable to read boot sector”. Has anyone encountered this error? If yes, please help me and guide me. If you can provide a simple step by step instructions, it would be great. If you are using third party applications or utilities then please advise, it may also be helpful.

Hi.  I just got an 8 GB SanDisk Cruzer 2.0 USB Pen Drive.  I plug it on my PC and I get a "not formatted" error.  I also check the usable space and it only has 64 MB.  Why is my 8GB pen drive showing 64MB only?  I'm on Windows OS 8.

Please help me with my problem.  I cannot access the files on my 640 GB Samsung G2 portable USB drive.  It says "Sector 0 error".  What does this mean?  I'm on a Windows XP 64 bit SP 2 system.  Thanks in advance.

Hello! I usually save many of my important files on a  re-writable DVD. Some of my files are corrupted and I use specific software to recover files from DVD pro such as Bad Copy.  But it takes too long to recover the files  that it takes 24 hours in every file, is this the normal operation process on all software recovery?

Do you know what is the best software to clone CF cards? I have tried some free softwares but they are no good. Most have internal debugging and installation issues. I want to use the easy to use but efficient software to clone my compact flash cards. Can anyone please help me? Your advices will be a great help.

I just purchased a 32 GB Apacer Class 10 SD card with CPRM technology support for my HD images and videos.  Why can't my Windows 98 desktop read the SD card?  I tried it on another OS and it works.  Do I need to install Apacer SDHC driver?
