I need help related to VMware converter installer information error. I am using NT4SP6 Machine and IE6 so during the installing this converter, I get the following error dialog box after accepting terms and conditions. I uninstalled the program and again install this converter but still have same error message.

I happen to have this error: Windows 8 RPx64 – VMware Workstation VMware workstation and Hyper – V compatible. Remove the Hyper – V role from the system before running VMware Workstation. I know that Windows 8 is a new OS but what do I do with this. I pasted the error for your reference. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would like to use vmware ace 7. I need clarification regarding accessibility of host device by using vmware ace 7. All my employees are using different OS in their respective desktop. So by using VMware Ace 7, is it possible to give access or deny access to their system devices such as printers/ USB's, according to their seniority /grades in the company?

Do you know what are the steps in the VMware Wins Disable Process wherein the windows key is disabled? I have VMware player with a windows XP installed in one of the virtual machines and I need to disable the windows key in XP. Can anyone please guide me on how to resolve this? Do I need to use a tool or utility to disable the key or I will just need to run a command? If so, then please provide me simple step by step instructions. I would really appreciate any help.

Hi. My friend installed Mac OS x lion recently and I was checking different softwares and applications on it. I tried to install VMware player Mac lion but it did not install and showed an error. I tried again and again but same option (error) occurred every time. Please tell what is the problem with PC and how to deal with it. Can VMware player be installed on Mac lion? Is there any solution?

Hi there,
Our IT firm is relatively small and have a limited budget since it is a recent startup firm. We are currently heavily involved with visio for developing our flowchards and class diagrams.
And due to our limited budget we are unable to buy sufficient copies of Visio. Therefore I must request you to state a remote desktop visio diagram program so that we could use visio remotely with only a limited number of pc's containing visio.
