Hello there. Is there a way I can shut down and restart my desktop without using the Start button? Can someone help me with a power script down using Microsoft PowerShell? I'm on Windows 7 64 bit. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I observed from my local active directory that some users were not in the Office 365 list that is why I attempted to start synchronization with powershell. The problem is I am unable to add a new user to my directory. What is more frustrating is I am also unable to edit my existing users that are being synchronized. In the event log, I am able to see this error. I am wondering why this is happening because it seems that Dirsync is working perfectly the first time I run it. Is there a way to force better synchronization for dirsync? Please help.

I’ve done remote session with PowerShell and gathered admin credentials and made remote session to an Exchange machine passing along the acquired credential. Then I’m done in implicitly removing. Now, every item I gathered will clearly be the kind of "Deserialized".
Can anyone share an idea on how to access and obtain a couple of feature of remote exchange server through Powershell? Could I load the kind of data used by Exchange and be able to access all the members of this object?

Hi,
I have installed Advanced Admin Console Adding: Version 0.5.0 Beta. I also have Windows Power shell 1.0 installed to run my data conversions.
I have a Windows XP operation system. I provided these details in case it might help with the problem that had come up on my computer.
The error is as, “Advanced Admin Console: Couldn’t run power shell. exe. ”
I have no idea what this means. I have tried running a test conversion to see if that helped, but failed. Is it a problem with the Power shell program installation? Or is it to do with the Advanced Admin Console Adding setup? Has anyone else faced this problem? Please help!
