I have two computers : one with Windows 7 and the second with Linux Ubuntu. I have one router, it contains only one RJ45 port (without wireless option). I want to connect my two computers to the Internet? How can I do that? Does it require others devices?

Hi,
I have three networks, using the following network id: 192.168.24.0/24, 192.168.25.0/24 and 192.168.26.0/24.
Now I want to combine the networks, into a single network. Also if I combine the networks into a single network then what are the advantages and disadvantages?

I have a class C IP address (192.168.27.0/24). I want to build up a sub network using the IP address. The network will be divided into three parts that contain 30 PCs in a sub network, and 50 PCs in a sub network.
Now how can I assign the PCs using the IP address?

I do have a Linksys E2-500 on my Ubuntu OS and I’m having difficulties connecting to my wireless connection. There are no problems when I use the cable (Ethernet) but it’s just very problematic when I try to run it over WiFi. It could connect for a short span of time then it becomes unstable.

I am new to Linux therefore I am not familiar with the errors and troubleshooting techniques. I want to configure my network using system - config - network but there seems to be an Exception Error.
