I tried opening a video with Visual Studio but it crashed with this error message “Unhandled exception at 0x6340de19 in hmplayer.exe: 0x0000005. Access violation reading location 0xfffffffff” how do I fix this or should I uninstall it?

I need to add an image to a label in CRM 2011. I don't know whether it's possible or not. If it's possible I want to learn the process.

I want to listen to my favorite song on my new laptop. My laptop is pre installed with windows media player 11 software.  When I tried to play the song in windows media player, I was given an error message with code C00D1199. 

Please check if there is any bug with the player and kindly resume my media player so that I can listen to my music.
