Can anyone help with this problem? I repaired my edition of DNS 11.5 using the original DVD repair facility (DNS 11). When I switched on the computer, I was taken through the process of installing a “critical patch” which was the original upgrade to the DNS 11.5. After the patch had finished downloading, the install shield comes up and the computer was inactive for some time.

I got this error message finally” This utility could not find a qualified Dragon NaturallySpeaking product to patch” I have tried severally to apply the patch while Dragon is still open but I am instructed to shut it down which taken time before I receive the same error message. I cannot get support from the Nuance technical support because my grace period expired long ago.

I have configured TCP port 53 to check which ports are open.  However, pinging it returned a "timed out" response.  Tried visiting the ip address, "page not found" error.  How do I use the Dyndns port checker tool in Windows xp?

Hello,

I own a server that houses DNS. I use this server to ping other server and client machines. However, no machine can ping my server. Because of this, clients cannot ping the server and server cannot ping client systems. Moreover, I cannot share files from my computer to any other. What could have gone wrong?

I have a Netbook with Windows CE 6.0 Embedded. However, it fails to pick up any signal from my wireless router. As a fact, when I try using the net, it results in a DNS error; that is server not found. What could be the problem?

I just got a laptop a month ago-- a brand new Samsung with Windows 7 installed on it. The wireless feature is built right in. I use a rather unreliable router with a reliable ISP and everything works fine. This morning my internet worked fine but about an hour after I used it wouldn't connect. When I clicked on Diagnose and Repair, I got this message:

There may be a problem with your Domain Name Server (DNS) configuration.

Windows failed to find the well known host "www.microsoft.com" using DNS. The server may be down.

The internet works absolutely fine for both of my roommates, and even when I plugged my laptop directly into the modem I got the same problem.

 Please, help on this.

I was trying to change my Primary DNS but this error message occurred:

It says “The name will remain contoso.com”. Can you give me some advice regarding this issue? Thanks!

Changing the Primary Domain DNSname of this computer to ""failed the name will remain "contoso.com".

Hello everyone

Iam using Airtel Broadband, I have desktop as well laptop, iam able to connect my laptop and browse with high speed, and able to connect desktop as well and open a google homepage but iam unable to open other than google page. Its giving me an error 'SECURITY CERTIFICATION'. Any help would be appreciated.
