Hello! I have configured Microsoft Outlook 2010 on my computer to use in sending, receiving mails and relaying alerts. The settings are such that the junk mail of off. Hello! I know that PST files are used as personal folders in Microsoft Outlook. What I do not know is monitoring exchange PST file within a particular computer or a small network. Is there a way that I can be able to monitor all the PST files exchanged within the office by the employees to know if they are actually using the office machines for the intended purposes? Thanks.
