I am trying to sync my Windows Mobile 7 to a local version of Outlook 2010. I can be able to sync it with Outlook but only when under Exchange Server but not on local Outlook. I can also be able to sync it with Hotmail, Yahoo and Google Mail. Yesterday, I synced it with Windows Live and I was able to sync my contacts to my mobile 7 phone. However, Windows Live was unable to sync my calendar with Outlook. How can I fix it? Can I assimilate it with MS-Office? Please help.
I am encountering problems logging into Outlook Web Application or OWA and Exchange Control Panel or ECP. As a background, we are using two CAS/HUB Servers and the Barracuda HLB (hardware load balancers) with SSL offloading using the one interface configuration. I can successfully log on to OWA/ECP directly from each CAS/HUB server. However, if I do not log on directly from the CAS/HUB servers, I was unable to log on. Can you possibly explain why this is happening?
When I am trying to do a send and receive in Hotmail inbox, Outlook sync the entire box and will take 20 minutes or so before it’s over. Then when syncing again the next time, the process will not work again. When moving in to Hotmail inbox, it will take 30-60 seconds and a message will appear stating: synchronizing message headers. My Outlook is acting real slowly with my Hotmail accounts but its okay with any POP3. Can someone help?
I am customizing my Calendar in Outlook. I made some conditional formatting so I can see those meetings that I prioritized and to easily distinguish if I need to travel for a meeting. But I found out that the conditional formatting doesn’t work for most of my meetings. However, it works for other entries. What is the reason for this and how can I fix it?
My client is having issues opening a voicemail attachment on her inbox. She is receiving error: Cannot load objects because it is not available on this machine. I uninstalled and re-installed back Outlook for few times now and run the repair but none works so far. Can anyone help me please? Thanks for the time.
I am working with my clients and I used to send them emails for our business transactions. Lately, when I sent them a meeting request, most of them are complaining that my message was empty. I am using Outlook 2010 and I know that some of them are not using Outlook but Thunderbird instead. What can I do to fix this aside from sending regular mails instead of actual request for a meeting? Help please.
I used two computers when accessing my Outlook. My mobile phone is also configured to Outlook. And I used those three devices when accessing my emails. My problem is my messages will only show up with any of the three devices randomly. How can I make it to receive my entire email messages on both my computer and mobile phone?
I am trying to use my Gmail account in Outlook via IMAP. Whenever I do, I am getting a Gmail folder that consists of the entire system folders of Gmail. My question is will it have any effect if I will try to make a subfolder and copy all the contents of Gmail’s system folders in it? If it won’t cause any problem, how can I make or create a root folder for my Gmail account in Outlook? Can anyone please send me some help? Thank you.
Hi Experts! I need help on Outlook 2007. All the exported contacts are not visible. I already exported all my contacts into a CSV file. I heard that one of the possible causes of this is when there are special characters included on my contacts, but I did not use any special characters so I don’t think that it is the main cause of the issue. How can I fix this? Is it possible to export Outlook contacts into a CSV file that will be visible? Please help. Thank you.
