Hello expert, Now I’m using Microsoft office 2007 on my PC. But I want to use MS outlook via USB. So, there is no way to use itin 2007 version. My friend told me in office 2010 there is a portableversionto perform that operation. Can you please, explain me the features of MS outlook 2010 portable version?

At the time of initializing Outlook I received the error which you can see at below:

At the time Outlook linked to the Client Access Server it established whether it is an in-house or an outside link. You can see in the attached image?

We are exercising an Exchange server; on the other hand many of our customers are having problems with linking the Exchange server. I have attempted to create the mail profile however it cannot locate the Exchange server entirely. If we disable the customer's firewall it is either not answers the issue.
Extra users have no problems entirely and I can ping the Exchange server from the troubled clients with no troubles as well.
How can I connect these clients again with the Exchange?

In Outlook 2010 I am experiencing an IMAP report, and every time when I attempt to deliver a message I receive the error message (however the message gets will be shown);

“The Sent Items folder is unavailable.”
I receive a same error while removing a message;

“The Deleted Items folder is unavailable.”
