I keep on getting the following error message, whenever I try to scan a negative by using my Canoscan 3000F - I don't have the film guide for that scanner. I bought this second handed but could that be the problem?

Hello. I am currently using Windows mail to do transactions with friends and as I'm doing it all the time, it really eats up a lot of time inputting manually the email addresses over and over again. My friend mentioned about Auto BCC CC Windows Mail so I kind of thought of having this. But my problem is how will I get my Windows Mail automate the BCC and CC. Your help will highly be appreciated. I am a home user, I have installed Windows 7 64 bits on my computer. I have installed Adobe CS4 to my system. 5 days before I used this application, no issue detected. Now whenever I open this application, I am getting below error message.

What should I do if I want to use the Photoshop application?
