This happens for the first time only, If I again try to log in, it successfully logs into my account. But why it happens for first time and after trying again, it logs in?
I am using Microsoft e-mail service Outlook which is known as Hotmail service in past. I have deleted some contacts mistakenly from my Outlook account. As Outlook provide option to restore deleted contacts, I have tried this by going to “People page” then in menu bar clicked on “manage” option and then clicked on “restore deleted contact “option. But unfortunately I was not able to restore them. Also tried on different browsers but no success. Please suggest solution for this.

I was downloading a file from Filezilla but with that file NationZoom virus entered my laptop. Whenever I try to open a new Website or I open any of my browser( Chrome,IE and Firefox) they start with NationZoom homepage. I tried to set the default tab page to blank and the startup page address to www.google.com but it still opens the NationZoom and mystartsearch homepage. I am stuck. Please help how to remove these.

There are two laptops, three mobile phones and one desktop in my household. The desktop is having WiFi connectivity issues. The signal strength varies greatly, and the signal is lost very often.
