I'm a daily user of my webcam since I always use it whenever I try to contact my friends or families living abroad. It has been 6 years since I bought my first webcam. It still works fine but seems too outdated. Upon searching about new models, I came across this webcam genius 360. Its feature that really interests me is its 360 degree rotation capability. However, I'm still undecided whether this webcam is really the thing for me. I would like to buy one that would really fit my needs and interests so that it may also be used for a long period (like my first webcam). Do you know the pros and cons of this product? Can you share reliable specifications of this item?

I just purchased a used Orite iCam webcam that has a 640 x 480 fps and 1280 x 960 still image capture.  My Windows 7 desktop could not detect the webcam.  Where can I get an updated Orite webcam driver Windows 7?  Thanks in advance.

Hello there.  I have a Dell XPS 17 that has an Intel Core Duo processor, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, 1 GB Video Card and Windows 7 OS.  My webcam suddenly just shows a black screen so I updated my Dell Webcam Central driver.  My webcam still just shows a black screen.  Please help.

Hi to all. I am using the Ubuntu Operating system and everything is going to be working well. But recently  I have purchased new web cam and its plug in is not supported by Firefox. Whenever I open Firefox and install webcam plugin, web browser hangs. Why webcam plugin Firefox Ubuntu hangs browser as I have also installed webcam driver carefully. Please help how to deal with this situation.

Hi there! I bought a webcam some time back and I have been using it without experiencing any problems. Yesterday, there was a blackout yet I did not have any power backup. When I restarted my computer, I realized that my webcam is not functioning; I do not understand what happened, and when I check the drivers, it looks just fine. I have here a Gateway laptop with OS of Windows 7, I have been using its web camera for quite a time already not until I have change my OS into Windows 8. When I've change my OS, the camera had stop working, I've tried the cam installer but it doesn't seem to work still. It won't even run. Please help me install my gateway video web camera on my new OS. Thanks.
