I access the internet using a modem, when downloading an application from the Internet the application contain ramnit virus, I immediately stopped accessing the internet and unplug the modem from the PC. When I would access the internet via laptop with the same modem, the modem will not function properly. Does the modem can be infected  by virus?

USB flash drive is data storage media which susceptible to the virus, how to make the USB flash drives are immune to viruses?

When I ejected the USB flash drive on computer it  did not properly respond to commands, while commands to Safety Remove a new window pops up that reads "write protected-cannot remove USB drive". How to resolve this?

I bought a new laptop computer before a week ago and created three partitions because it has 1TB storage capacity ;) But now the two partitions, D:\ and E:\, are not accessible. When I double click on them I get error message that tells me that they are not accessible. They both were working fine until yesterday. What could be the problem?

Hello.  I get an Error 651 message with PPPoE links in Windows 7 operating system.

When I want to share my broadband link in windows 7, I find the following Error 651

The whole error looks like:

Connecting through WAN Miniport (PPPOE)...

Error 651: The modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error.

Here's a screenshot of the error.  Any ideas?

When compiling FPGA, I get an internal error message. The program I am working on is complicated and the size is of 801KB. I used 15 target-scoped FIFOs to transfer data within the target. I have attached the log file. Please help me figure this problem out.

I have problem with the Master Boot Record. When I try to run d:\i386\winnt32.exe /cmdcons, I get a message saying that the system is newer than the CD’s and is not allowing installation.

Is there anything that I can do? Please help me solve this problem. Thanks.

My friend was updating his Windows OS when the system lost power and crashed. When he tried to boot, the disk drive spinned but couldn’t be accessed. I think the Master Boot Record got toasted that’s why he can’t access the drives.
