Can anyone please help me? I am looking for Sybase Express Windows Installers. Can you tell me where to find a free Sybase express installer for windows? Have you tried using Sybase before? Can you tell us your experienced as a user? What are its strong features and is there a limitation to the power of Sybase Express? Can you compare it with other strong SQL databases like Oracle, MySQL or MSSQL? An advice from the experts will be very helpful to us.

Please give me at least three (3) reasons why is it that re-compacting and relocation of files should be avoided? How are we going to eliminate fragmentation on a storage device if we will not use re-t25 compaction of the information? Is there another method of file relocation? If so, how? I am trying to write a small application that will connect to a sybase database and will run a query. This query should be outputted to a label text later on. By the way, I am using sybase 11.9.2 running on Windows 2000. I have tested the connection via Sybase , but while running the application, I am getting this system error:
