I have downloaded a Chinese movie on my Macbook Pro and I want to watch it with a subtitle over VLC, I've already have a subtitle file for it but I don't know how to put it. Does anybody share your Idea please.

Hello All
I have a Mac Book that I upgraded to Lion OS from Leopard OS . I immediately saw a decrease in the longevity of my Macs battery life. I have had no luck by reinstalling and disabling a few features as suggested by support. Does anyone have any solutions to this.
