Is there a feature in Outlook 2007 in which the user can forward all requests and attachments to the Inbox of his meeting delegates. If so, please give me some assistance on how to set it up?

How can we do work sharing of the calendar in Outlook 2003 to outlook 2007? We already tried it using the 2003 sharing permission but we are receiving an error. Can you help us how doing it?

I am trying to help a friend  in using Outlook 2007. He configured his email into Outlook 2007 but he encountered a problem in the deleted items folder. All the deleted emails disappeared immediately which is very unusual. Do you have any idea why is it happening? Is there a setting that will save all the deleted emails on the deleted items folder?
